These terms govern your use of takequill.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Quill products. The Site is operated by COASTL LLC ("Quill," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Quill. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

Our products

Quill sells dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do our best to describe each product accurately. Supplement facts panels on the product page reflect what's in the bottle. If you ever see a discrepancy between what's on the Site and what's on the label, the label is the source of truth.

Pricing and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error or stock issue, we'll refund you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violations of these terms.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
