Refund policy

The 90-day promise

If Quill doesn't work for you, we'll refund you. Opened bottle, half-empty bottle, full bottle — it doesn't matter. You have 90 days from the date your order ships to ask for a refund.

How it works

Email us at info@takequill.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

You don't need to ship the bottle back. Keep it, discard it, give it to a friend — your call.

What's covered

  • Any Quill product purchased directly from takequill.com
  • One refund per customer, per product (so you can't refund the same SKU again on a re-order)

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email info@takequill.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds on subscription orders

The 90-day guarantee applies to your first order on a new subscription. After that, you can cancel your subscription anytime — see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
