Where we ship
We ship from a fulfillment center in the United States.
Domestic (US)
- Standard shipping — 2 to 4 business days via USPS
- Express shipping — 1 to 3 business days via USPS Priority
International
We ship to the following countries via FedEx, with delivery in 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment:
- Canada
- Europe: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom
- Other: Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. Delays due to customs are outside our control.
Processing time
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Orders with more than 200 items may take 5 to 10 business days to prepare.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to change the shipping address or cancel it. Contact us at info@takequill.com quickly if something needs to change.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping speed you select.
Subscription orders ship free. All subscription orders to US addresses include free standard shipping. International subscription orders ship at standard international rates.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or if your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email info@takequill.com and we'll help you sort it out.
