About Quill subscriptions

Quill subscriptions ship a fresh bottle every 90 days. Each shipment is billed to your saved payment method at the subscription price shown when you signed up. Subscription orders ship free to US addresses.

Canceling

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account at takequill.com, or by emailing info@takequill.com.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel before your next billing date. You can find your next billing date in your account.

After you cancel

Canceling stops future shipments and future charges. You keep any bottles already shipped.

Skipping or pausing

You can skip an upcoming shipment or pause your subscription from your account. Skipped shipments do not count toward cancellation — your subscription continues at the next interval unless you cancel.

Changes to your subscription

You can update your shipping address, payment method, or delivery date from your account. Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the next shipment.

Subscription orders are covered by our 90-day guarantee on your first order on a new subscription. See our Return and Refund Policy.
